As u all know i am a super slacker :)
Thus, i only aim for just pass :)
My inclined pull up i do 12 leh
I want do 8 only lor... but i guai so do 12
Dunwan waste too much time on that station
Want go home fast :P
So today Napfa test results...
Sit up 42
Inclined pull up 12
Shuttle run 10.6sec
standing board jump 194cm
sit and reach 39 :D
